Privacy notice

Account and creative work

We store your account email and authentication information, your display name and any profile details you provide, private drawing drafts, and each published version. This lets you sign in, save, return to your canvas and share your work.

What others can see

Your published artwork, display name, profile, publishing history and community interactions can be shown on Walls, profiles, feeds and event pages. Publishing is separate from saving a private draft. Your account email and report identity are not displayed on your public profile. Do not put personal information into drawings or comments you intend to share.

Community and test records

We keep likes, follows, comments, moderation reports and decisions, notifications, event entries and ratings to operate the community. Moderators can review reports and participant feedback. Event ratings are shown according to the event rules; raw votes are not publicly listed.

For the test, we record signed-in drawing, saving and publishing activity, approximate device category, and event visits by date. These help identify failures and understand whether people return. Usage records contain account identifiers, so they are not anonymous. Usage-event records older than 90 days are cleaned up when new usage is recorded. Event records and feedback follow the test's separate retention process.

Storage and service providers

Supabase handles the account and database services. The current database region is in the United States. The site runs through Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Service providers may process technical connection and security logs. Authorized administrators can access data for support, moderation and maintenance. Backup copies may be held separately from the live service.

Browser storage

Sign-in cookies maintain your session. Your browser also stores recovery copies of drawings and local preferences, including your last Explore/Create choice. Clearing browser data can remove unsynced recovery copies and local-demo drawings. Save your work to your account or download a copy first.

Your language preference is stored in this browser. You can change it from the language menu.

Retention and your requests

Drafts, publishing history and community records remain stored during the invited test unless handled through a removal or account request. We do not promise permanent or unlimited storage. The public-launch retention schedule and backup-deletion schedule are TBD.

You can edit your profile and download drawings in the app. For access, correction, deletion or a review of a moderation decision, contact the person coordinating your test invitation while the support contact is TBD. Requests are handled manually; there is no automatic account-deletion button at this stage.

Advertising and payments

This invited test has no advertising network or payment checkout integrated. Any future advertising, payment or data-use changes will need updated information before they are enabled.
